These Terms govern your use of the Lisa website (lisa.works), platform, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use them.
Who are we?
Lisa (info@lisa.works), a Dutch company, Prinsengracht 769, 1017 JZ, Amsterdam, NL. Services connect students with ISA funding for education via partner schools/investors.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ and eligible for ISAs (e.g., enrolled in partner program). We verify at discretion; no guarantee of funding.
License and use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use. Prohibited: reverse engineering, scraping, fraud, unauthorized access. Comply with all laws.
User content and applications
You submit accurate info (e.g., applications). You grant us a license to use it for Services. We may review/share as needed (see Privacy Policy).
ISA applications
Applications are non-binding. We assess via scoring (automated/manual). Funding via separate ISA contract (5.5% income share, e.g., 10 years max, €40k threshold). Payments post-graduation on verified income.
Fees and payments
No upfront fees. Post-funding: share % of income above threshold via SEPA/Stripe. Late payments incur reminders/fees per contract.
Intellectual property
All content (text, logos, code) is ours. Limited personal use allowed; no reproduction without permission.
Third-party services
We use tools like Stripe, Google Analytics (see Privacy Policy). Their terms apply.
Disclaimers
Services "as is." No warranties for availability, accuracy, or funding. Not financial advice.
Liability
Limited to intent/gross negligence. No liability for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). Max: €100 or fees paid.
Termination
We may suspend/terminate access for violations. You may stop using anytime.
Governing law
Dutch law. Disputes: Amsterdam courts (or consumer courts if applicable).
Changes
We may update Terms (notice via site/email). Continued use = acceptance.
